When travellers set up illegal encampments on your land it almost inevitably leads to property damage, a mess to clean up, cost, inconvenience, and frustration. To help reduce this hassle, we can respond to your needs very quickly and move the trespassers on.

The Eviction Process

We can serve eviction notices under The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and under Common Law. Our teams of bailiffs supervise the repossession of the occupied land and we arrange tow trucks to remove vehicles, caravans, etc. The procedure we follow is much quicker and cheaper than applying for a Court Order to have the trespassers removed.

Our normal procedure is to visit the site within a few hours of your instruction to serve the notices to the trespassers. This will give them a maximum of 24 hours to leave the site. Our bailiffs will return the following day to ensure the travellers have left. If they have not gone, the team, along with tow trucks, will move in to remove them, restoring the land back to its owner.
